Export certain cards instead of an all-or-nothing export

I want to be able to select and export all cards I saved from the week and input them into other apps or even an AI tool to summarize.

Exporting certain Links or tags or even serches

It would be great if one could export specific links or all links contained in a particular tag or group of tags or "search" results. This can be very practical, for instance, take all my links of "Agentic AI" and "AI agents" and export them into one Markdown file.

After I save a file into Recall I would like to be able to export it in Md format without having to export all files

Already implemented, if you have the note open > 3 dots > Export to markdown

export cards base on tag or date range

It would be helpful to be able to export only a subset of cards to MD for a specific tag or date range. I have specific data needs for my Phd research and would like to be able to export only the cards I need.

That makes sense! I've merged your request with a similar one.

Hey Courtney, thank you for this feature request. I think it's very fair. I think we can do it by selecting a tag or do it as a multi-select and export.

Export by tag

Currently you can export the entire database or only a single page. It would be great to be able to export by tag or section. I basically want to be able to export all the things I have on a certain topic esentially.

Markdown export for specific tags

I like that we can export the MD for each card and we can also export our entire knowledge base. But I tend to do monthly reviews of specific content I have consumed in that specific month, so I use a "July" tag to consolidate content. I would like to download the markdown for specific tags so that I can proceed to manage them on my drive.

This makes sense, thank you for the submission Shaun!
