For manual notes we input into Recall, the Title and Tag are not automatically generated like other content entered via links, documents, etc. At the moment, I am using the chat tab in the manual notes to ask it to suggest names for the Title and Tag, and then I apply them manually to the content, in the hope that this process also mimics how Recall does it for other types of content. Please let me know if there is a better process for the aforementioned, or a process to automatically and holistically append Titles and Tags to any content that currently lacks them in Recall (wholesale method).
