Yeah, I think that's a good suggestion. I'd also add a button that lets you reset all text formatting. Sometimes I copy text from another application, often black text on a white background, and it carries over all the formatting. In Recall I have white text on a black background, so the copied text appears highlighted and I can't get rid of it.

It would be very helpful for people with dyslexia to be able to choose a font that is much easier for us to read.
