Organizing according to folders or tag

In the home screen, it would be nice if you could sort by folders or tags so that you can go into a folder such as productivity and find all your summary notes from different sources. It would look a lot cleaner than having rows of YouTube videos that you summarize.

That a better way of organizing all the information is implemented, perhaps it could be through folders, since having too much information makes it a bit cumbersome to move around the platform

Organising notes

Hi there,
I wanted to suggest a new feature where notes are organised - like a tab on the left panel under Chat or Graph. This would really help with managing workflows and make it easier to find things that you've worked on, and then be able to group notes or combine them under folders.
Thanks!

it will be nice to have the possibility to create my own folders as on my folders like File Explorer on my desk computer or laptop. Thank you

Not clear what you actually mean.... If you would be ACTUALLY sorting/dividing up files/items, THEN NO, that would undo the value of having flexible ways to have files belong to different "locations" of "compilations" or "families" at the same time. Would be going backwards... If that is NOT what you mean, then needs much greater clarity.

Isn't this the same as tags and subtags? That's how I arrange my structure beyond the normal tags. I use the PARA system, and it seems to work quite well.

With enhanced search and query capabilities, object-based data eliminates the need for folders.

Hey Jeremy, thank you for the request. May you please clarify how this would be different from the flow we have today? Just want to ensure I am following you.

Hey Sankari Nair, thanks for getting back to me!
So my understanding is that notes are either attached to a piece of content that has been pulled in and tagged/organised but the primary document is still the source content. I find these notes can get lost if you don't remember where you left them.
Then when adding an empty note, tagging it organises it in the main source tag panel which is a mix of notes and various other content formats. This can work well, as you can setup a note for that tag where you organise your thoughts on that section.
I'm thinking a bit with my project management head on with this request - if I had a section purely for notes that allowed folder and sub folder creation, I could then build out my workflow easily and create a really useful source to reference and share.
For example, I'm busy building out strategies and playbooks for my team on GEO/SEO. I could set it up like this:
Organic Traffic 2025
GEO Intro
- optimising for citations
- getting features in Chatbots
- technical aspects
SEO intro
- what's changed, why do we care
- ranking in Google
- technical aspects
Content strategy
- post AI implications
- biggest challenges
- biggest opportunities
I would craft these notes using the current workflow and move / copy them to the new dedicated folders - notes would reference the sources used and tags I used.
Could even have things like a 2DO / task manager and calendar but I might be getting ahead of myself here 😜
Does that make sense?

Jeremy Bentley so sorry for the delay! I do think you can do that today though. As you can just create you own notes and tag them / create nested tags. See more info here on tagging: https://youtu.be/AJeAIyCCPzQ?si=v8iPCesxEQ75k_Id
Am I still missing something?
