Support for Manual "Reader" / Source Content Attachments

Summary
Provide a way to manually upload or paste primary source content (such as Markdown files or plain text) directly into the "Reader" tab or source area of a card, separate from the primary Notebook section.
Problem Statement
Currently, Recall allows users to import external source material (like podcast transcripts, websites or PDFs) into a dedicated Reader tab, leaving the Notebook tab clean for personal notes, summaries, and synthesis.
However, if a user has existing primary source content stored in a Markdown file or text document, there is no direct way to attach or import that text into the card's reader layer. Placing primary source material directly into the main notebook section causes clutter and blurs the distinction between external source information and user-generated thoughts.
Proposed Solution
Add a manual entry/upload option in the Reader tab (or card menu) that allows users to attach external text directly as source material.
Key Capabilities:
- Manual Text / Markdown Upload:Allow users to upload a.mdor.txtfile directly into a card's Reader section.
- Direct Paste to Reader:Provide an option to paste raw text into the Reader view as a manual source.
- Separation of Source and Synthesis:Keep the manually added source content restricted to the Reader tab, leaving the main Notebook area exclusively for user notes and AI-generated insights.
Use Case
- User Workflow:A user reads a research document, book excerpt, or personal reference file formatted in Markdown.
- Desired Behavior:The user creates a new Recall card, attaches the Markdown text to theReadertab as the source material, and then writes their own analysis and takeaways in theNotebooksection.
